Easter and Beyond
It’s so simple, really. Even a child, or especially a child, can understand.
God loves us. When someone loves you, you return their love.
Christ died for us. When someone does something kind for you, you pass along kindness.
The Holy Spirit comforts and guides. When someone helps you, you seek to be helpful.
On Easter morning, we shout, “Alleluia, give thanks to the living God.”
Remember to say “please” and “thank you.”

On Sunday, May 20, Grades Pre-K through 2 will be planting flowers around the church, weather permitting. Children should dress accordingly and bring a trowel or small shovel. A parent should plan to join participants at 11:10 am, as this project requires adult assistance.
Flower Sunday is on June 10 this year. Teachers from all terms, as well as Chapel leaders, nursery attendants, and service musicians will be honored. All children are invited to take part in the service.
Serve the Present; Shape the Future:
Teach Church School at St. Elizabeth’s
in 2012-2013
Teachers work in teams, teach for about 10 weeks,
and provide vital mentoring and modeling for
our youngest members.
Principal Requirements: A desire to help children learn
about God and the Christian Life through Bible stories,
activities, and conversation.
